upon arriving at the mauritania-senegal border, we were promptly met by a man with ski goggles on a motorcycle who brought us to our new fixer, Hamdi.

after many many hours on the senegal side of the border we arrived in san luis and were greeted by a family of goats.

quick sleep in san luis and we were back on the road for dakar that morning. look at how lush the land is in the pic of rob.
